Network Infrastructure and Telephony Support and Maintenance
Warwick District Council is seeking an appropriate service provider to enable the lifecycle delivery of its network infrastructure and telephony services. Current network infrastructure management is provided by an in-house team, and this will remain the case, but there will be a requirement to buy-in certain services. Warwick District Council intends to appoint a single supplier for the provision of these services using lots 1, 2 and 3a of the technology services 2 framework, RM3804.

Warwick District Council is sought an appropriate service provider to enable the lifecycle delivery of its network infrastructure and telephony services. — Lot 1:Technology Strategy and Service Design: the supplier will be required to either lead or contribute to the design of new, modified or enhanced services which rely on the network or telephony for their delivery,
— Lot 2: Transition and Transformation: the supplier will be required to provide assistance to the in-house team with implementing and managing the modification or enhancement of existing technologies,
— Lot 3a: ICT Network Infrastructure and Telephony Support and Maintenance: The new supplier must provide a high quality support and maintenance service as per agreed SLA’s.
