There will be for some children and young people a plan designed around moving the child or young person to foster care or a return home (reunification). It is possible that children and young people will have experienced placement breakdowns as well as abuse, neglect and loss and may demonstrate offending and/or challenging behaviours or be emotionally vulnerable.

         In consideration of Hampshire County Council"s partnership with the Isle of Wight provision has been made for the Isle of Wight to access this framework. The estimate total value includes spend for the Isle of Wight.
