This will be a framework contract with no commitment to work volumes or locations. It is anticipated that 244 sub-stations will have new RTUs (Type A) retro-fitted within the initial 4 year contract period. Currently, there are no plans to purchase any RTU type A for the proposed 4 year contract extension period. It is anticipated that 28 RTU’s for new and/or refurbished sub-stations (RTU Type B) will be required for the 8 year contract period: 20 units in the initial 4 year contract period and 8 units for the proposed 4 year extension period.
