        This contract is for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a Micro-fluidic Scale up Processing Rig.

        The scope of contract includes but is not limited to the sourcing and supply of component parts, any design or engineering work required, integration of component parts. Installation of a control system is to be done by others. There will be a requirement to provide any necessary information and coordination that others may need.

        Packing, shipping, delivery to our NetPark site in Sedgefield, and training of users as well as any maintenance, spare or replacement parts and supply of consumables where applicable, are also within the scope of this procurement. The system must be capable of being disassembled for potential relocation to another site.

        CPI will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.

        The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
