         Both Leicester City and Leicestershire County Councils are keen to take advantage of the increased interest in the city and the county and wish to help members of the tourist and hospitality sector, particularly those classified as SME"s, to grow their businesses.

         By way of this tender, the Councils will seek to appoint an experienced provider to carry out business assessments of such businesses and provide them with specialist advice by way of 1-2-1 support, coaching and workshops etc. and encourage them to recruit new staff and introduce new products.
