This enhanced childcare offer is being rolled out from September 2017 in parts of seven local authorities across Wales: Flintshire, Anglesey, Gwynedd, Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Rhondda Cynon Taff and Swansea. Welsh Government are looking to procure an organisation to undertake a thorough evaluation of this first year of early implementation of the childcare offer across these 7 authorities; looking at both the process and the impact of the childcare offer.
