The purpose of the Service is to reduce the impact of bovine tuberculosis (bTB) on farms resulting in improved farm productivity by providing bespoke tailored advice, both over the phone and on farm.
Eligible farm businesses cross England.
An Open Procedure to procure a Contractor to deliver a Bovine Tuberculosis Advisory Service to improve farm productivity in England. The aims of the Service will be to achieve productivity gains to the English cattle herd by reducing the incidence and impact of bTB herd breakdowns in England.
The Service"s main activity will be to provide support to Businesses in the target market in the form of farm advice visits and/or telephone advice. The Service, whilst being a stand-alone project, will complement the industry-led TB Hub.
Countryside Productivity Scheme is part of the Rural Development Programme for England (RDPE).
