Supply, Delivery and Installation of Furniture and Associated Services.
Crown Commercial Service (the Authority) have put in place a Framework Agreement for use by the UK public sector bodies identified at VI.3 (and any future successors to these organisations), which include Central Government Departments and their Arm"s Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies and Local Authorities.
This Procurement establishes a multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for the supply, delivery and installation of furniture and associated furniture services.
The Framework Agreement has 5 Lots:
Lot 1 — GPU HUB Programme,
Lot 2 — Office Furniture,
Lot 3 — Residential Furniture,
Lot 4 — High Density Steel Storage,
Lot 5 — Repair and Renovation.
Potential Providers were permitted to bid for one, all, or any combination of the Lots.
Contracting Authorities are permitted to hold an electronic auction as part of a further competition to establish a contract under this Framework Agreement.
GPU Hub Programme
United Kingdom.
Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement to supply, deliver and install furniture for GPU Hub Programmes. Furniture includes workstations, workstation chairs, storage, conference furniture, break-out furniture and general sundries.
The requirement covers supply of furniture, delivery, implementation, aftercare, specialist user requirements and post implementation support.
GPU in consultation with HMRC are leading on the Government Hub Programmes, which have been initiated to respond to the changing requirements of Government Departments and to create a more efficient property portfolio across the UK. Specific to HMRC, the Building our Future Locations Programme is overseeing the structural reorganisation of HMRC, which will see the current landscape of 170 offices consolidated into 13 modern Regional Centres, equipped with the digital infrastructure and training facilities needed to make HMRC a more highly-skilled organisation, fit for the demands of the 21st century.
The value of Lot 1 is 185 000 000 GBP.
The duration of 24 months is for the placing of orders and is the initial Framework Agreement period of two (2) years. The Authority may extend the duration of the Framework Agreement for any period or periods up to a maximum of two (2) years in total from the expiry of the initial Framework Agreement period.
Office Furniture

Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for the supply, delivery and installation of office furniture including office seating, visitor seating, beam seating, lounge seating, educational seating, desking, desk screens, conference tables, meeting room furniture, timber and steel storage and associated products.
The value of Lot 2 is 92 000 000 GBP.
Residential Furniture
Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for the supply, delivery and installation of bedroom furniture, study furniture, living room furniture, dining room furniture and associated products.
The value of Lot 3 is 19 000 000 GBP.
High Density Steel Storage
Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for the supply, delivery and installation of high density steel storage, including static and mobile storage systems, hand and electronically operated storage units, rotary storage and associated products.
The value of Lot 4 is 28 000 000 GBP.
Repair and Renovation
Multi-Supplier repair and renovation services for a range of furniture products including but not limited to residential and office furniture.
The value of Lot 5 is 6 000 000 GBP.
