         The Council was seeking to appoint one lead Consultant who will be required to appoint and manage a team of staff and sub-consultants to comprise the whole design team to complete a high quality stage 2 bid to the HLF. The appointed consultant has a Chartered Landscape Architect as team leader forming part of the design team to undertake these services. Upon successful approval of the stage 2 bid by the HLF the Consultant will ensure a successful implementation of the project in line with appendix 9 of the stage 1 HLF bid.
