        Place Partnership Limited are seeking a sole provider to deliver a contract for the provision of electricity and gas automatic meter reading (AMR) meters and associated data collection. An intuitive software solution is required as part of the data collection provision that is readily accessible for schools and building occupiers through dedicated logins. Accuracy of data is key for billing and reporting and an Elexon accredited Non-Half Hourly Data Collector is therefore required. The portfolio of PPL sites contains a mix of metering where AMR has already been installed and not. In some instances options for the adoption of metering may be required or the provision of new metering.

        (1) All candidates must comply with the requirements of the State in which they are established, regarding registration on the professional or trade register.

        (2) Any candidate found to be guilty of serious misrepresentation in providing any information required, may be declared ineligible and not selected to continue with this procurement process.

        (3) All candidates will have to demonstrate that they are licensed, or a member of the relevant organisation, in the State where they are established, when the law of that State prohibits the provision of the services, described in this notice, by a person who is not so licensed or who is not a member of the relevant organisation.

        The contract will run for an initial term of 3 years and will be reviewed with the option of a 2 year extension period thereafter.

        Place Partnership Ltd reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
