Surgical Implants – Men and Women’s Health
The framework agreement is for the supply of surgical implants for men"s and women"s health including, but not limited to breast implants; tissue expanders; breast sizers; testicular implants; penile implants; chin implants; nasal implants; malar implants; calf implants; gluteal implants; pectoral implants; thoracic implants and associated accessories which include, but shall not be limited to silicone carving blocks, silicone rods and silicone sheets.
This framework agreement will have the option to extend incrementally for a further period of up to 24 months in addition to the initial 24-month period as set out in the framework agreement.
The framework agreement is between NHS Supply Chain and the supplier; however, NHS Supply Chain, any NHS Trust,
any other NHS entity, any government department, agency or other statutory body and/or any private sector entity active in the UK healthcare sector will be able to enter into a direct contract with the supplier for any of the supplies and/or services under the framework.
The supplier will be required to report to and pay a direct contract management fee to NHS Supply Chain for each order as set out in the tender documents.
Appeals to be lodged in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended).
