         The framework will be awarded on a geographical basis, with the Tenderer bidding for local authority areas which are referred to as “Geographical Lot(s)”. Most of these represent an authority area in its entirety, however authorities with outlying regions will be subdivided further. The Tenderer will be able to bid for one, any, or all Geographical Lots without penalty.
