        The successful provider will be expected to run the Torbay Lottery on an operational level and will need to have in place suitable mechanisms and processes ensuring all requirements of the Gambling Commission licenses(both for External Lottery Management and the Operator and Gambling Act) and other relevant legislation is fully complied with. This includes providing advice and support to Torbay Council on Lottery Policies and working practices.
