Nottingham Trent University has a business requirement for Market research services, to be provided by the supplier(s) on an ad-hoc basis. One of the main objectives of this tender exercise is to obtain services to enhance those provided by the in-house team, for example, suppliers with specialist resources/techniques and staff with specialist skills.
The University seeks the following market research Quantitative and qualitative services accordingly:

— Focus group / workshops (face to face);

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Nottingham Trent University will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The stand still period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
