Dental Epidemiology Fieldwork across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland
In this present instance, Leicestershire County Council is undertaking procurement on behalf of itself, Leicester City Council and Rutland County Council to identify and appoint a single service provider for a Dental Epidemiology Fieldwork Survey Service (Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland). The successful tenderer will undertake annual Dental Epidemiology Fieldwork Surveys to provide epidemiology data. Survey requirements will comply with the national Public Health England Dental Public Health Intelligence Programme (DPHIP) requirements and any oral health surveys conducted or commissioned by the Secretary of State for Health.

The successful tenderer will undertake annual Dental Epidemiology Fieldwork Surveys to provide epidemiology data. Survey requirements will comply with the national Public Health England Dental Public Health Intelligence Programme (DPHIP) requirements and any oral health surveys conducted or commissioned by the Secretary of State for Health.
Whilst a single provider will be appointed for the whole requirement, each authority will put in place their own contracts.
The Councils each propose to enter into separate Contracts with the successful tenderer for an initial maximum period of 3 years, with the option to extend for up to a further period(s) totalling 24 months, with the successful Tenderer (Supplier).
